Terms + Conditions

By submitting a order for any product (“Product”) from PandoraxChange (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”) agree to the following legally binding Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”). If you do not agree to these terms, do not complete your preorder.

1. Preorder Reservation. Your preorder reserves a unit of the Superbox S6 Pro. Estimated delivery dates are subject to change.

2. Order Fulfillment Timeline. All preorders will be processed and shipped within 10–15 business days from the date of purchase. Business days do not include weekends or public holidays. Delivery timeframes may vary based on shipping carrier performance, demand, or unforeseen supply chain issues. Delays in shipping or delivery do not constitute grounds for a refund.

3. All Sales Are Final. All preorder sales are final and non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to: Cancellations after purchase, Device dissatisfaction, Delivery delays, User error or device incompatibility. No returns, refunds, or exchanges will be offered once the order is placed.

4. Connectivity & Performance Disclaimer. Device performance is dependent on your internet connection, location, and hardware setup. We are not responsible for buffering, connectivity loss, or poor performance due to slow or unstable internet. Minimum recommended speed is 300 Mbps. Lower speeds may result in suboptimal performance.

5. Third-Party Content & Applications. The Superbox S6 Pro may enable access to third-party applications, services, or content. We do not own, host, control, or support third-party platforms. Access, availability, or removal of any content is beyond our control, and we are not liable for any changes, interruptions, or legal implications arising from use of third-party services.

6. No Warranty. The Product is provided "as is" with no express or implied warranties, including but not limited to: Merchantability, Fitness for a particular purpose, Functionality, Continuous operation. Use at your own risk. 

7. Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including: Loss of use, Loss of profits, Loss of data, Business interruption

Shipping Policy

Order Processing & Fulfillment. All orders are processed in the order they are received. Please allow 10–15 business days for your order to be processed, packaged, and shipped. This timeframe does not include weekends or holidays.

Shipping Methods & Carriers. We use trusted third-party carriers (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx) for domestic and international shipping. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Delivery Timeframes. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location, weather conditions, carrier delays, and other factors beyond our control. PandoraXChange is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier or any unforeseen events.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages. Once an order has been marked as "delivered" by the carrier, PandoraXChange is no longer responsible for the package. We are not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. If you encounter an issue, we recommend contacting the carrier directly with your tracking number.

Incorrect Addresses & Return-to-Sender. Please ensure all shipping details are entered accurately at checkout. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses will require the customer to pay for re-shipment. PandoraXChange is not responsible for packages shipped to the wrong address due to customer error.

Pre-Orders & Special Launches. For limited pre-order items or special launches, shipping timelines may vary and will be clearly communicated on the product page. Pre-order shipping begins only once inventory is received.

Customs & International Orders. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees incurred upon delivery. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

Policy Updates. PandoraXChange reserves the right to update this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice. It is the customer’s responsibility to review this policy periodically.

Return Policy

At PandoraXChange, we are committed to transparency and fairness in how we handle preorders and purchases. Please read the following policy carefully before completing your order.

 

1. All Sales Are Final. All sales, including preorders of the Superbox S6 Pro, are final and non-refundable. By submitting a preorder, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • No cancellations, refunds, or exchanges will be permitted after purchase.

  • This applies regardless of delivery delays, dissatisfaction with the product, user error, or incompatibility with your existing setup or network.

2. Order Fulfillment Timeline. Preorders will be processed and shipped within 10–15 business days from the date of purchase. This timeline excludes weekends and public holidays.

Please note:

  • Delivery times may vary depending on carrier performance and supply chain factors.

  • Delays in processing, shipping, or delivery do not constitute grounds for cancellation or refund.

3. Performance Disclaimer. Superbox S6 Pro performance depends heavily on your internet connection, location, and compatible equipment.

  • We recommend a minimum of 300 Mbps internet speed for optimal performance.

  • PandoraXChange is not responsible for performance issues arising from insufficient internet speed, Wi-Fi instability, or hardware limitations.

4. Third-Party Services & Applications. Your device may allow access to third-party platforms and applications.

  • PandoraXChange does not control or guarantee the availability, functionality, or legality of any third-party content or service.

  • We are not liable for interruptions, removals, or changes related to such services.

5. Product Warranty Disclaimer. The Superbox S6 Pro is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties.
This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Warranty of merchantability

  • Fitness for a particular purpose

  • Uninterrupted or error-free operation

You assume full responsibility for use.

6. Limitation of Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PandoraXChange shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Loss of use, data, revenue, or profits

  • Downtime or service interruptions

  • Business or personal disruptions arising from use of the device
